Good starting places for estimating sale prices are here and here. This blogger also has some good advice. 

Remember, this sale is not a garage sale! Pricing items fairly and not at rock-bottom prices ("Everything's a $1!") benefits all sellers :)

We listened to our sellers!

Based on valuable feedback from our 2015 sellers, we have made the following changes for the 2016 sale:

• We changed our sale location to a roomier space that will be completely indoors.
• We started advertising earlier and in more spaces/places than we did last year.

Seller Guidelines

• This is a cash-only sale. Please be sure to have plenty of cash and loose change for your customers. Sellers are responsible for their own money management and selling of their sale items.
• There is no charge to participate (as a seller or a buyer) in the sale.
• Each seller will be provided with one table and two chairs. Sale materials must stay within the table boundaries on and under the table. Materials must not occupy aisle space.
• Sellers are responsible for set-up, pricing, labeling and displaying of all sale material.
• Sellers must stay at their sale table throughout the sale.
• Sale is limited to educational materials in good condition: books, games, textbooks, unused school supplies, homeschool materials, manipulatives, homeschooling curriculum, Christian books. No clothing, knick-knacks, furniture or non-educational toys.

2016 Sale!

What: CHEF (Christian Home Educators Fellowship) 2016 Used Book Sale

When: Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 9 am to 12 pm

Where: True North room, Grace Fellowship Church, 1400 Dogwood Rd., Snellville, GA 30078. Look for signs.

Why: It is a great opportunity to sell and buy homeschool materials! Cash only, please. No cost to sell or shop.

How: To be a seller, contact Amy Gottschang by May 31 at aebg1974@gmail.com. Seller set-up and shop from 6:30-8 pm on Friday night or 8 am-9 am the morning of the sale. No cost to sell or shop.
